Product Designer

With a background in Product and Graphic Design, majoring in Design, I have been involved in multiple designs experiences that emphasise user-centric design thinking and innovation. My role as a budding UI/UX designer has offered me opportunities to work in a fast-paced environment, developing my skills and knowledge in rapid prototyping such as the use of Sketch, AdobeXD, and Figma. I am currently learning to build, and maintain highly reusable HTML, CSS and JavaScript code to further improve my abilities in creating an aesthetic user experience for both web and app development.

EXPERIENCE

UI/UX Designer, Produgie, Singapore

Dec 2021 - Present

Currently work as a lead designer, responsible for the design iteration and end-to-end product development of the company’sB2B SaaS products.
Defined and implemented the user process flow, which includes onboarding, licensing, and Sprint management.
Provided on-time delivery of Sitemaps and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma whilst in close collaboration with developers and product owner.
Created visual graphics and design templates for the company website, landing pages and newsletters.
Conducted product demo sessions and walkthroughs with our SME & MNC customers in the US, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
Led design interns to conduct user research and analysis and gather insights for product improvement.

In collaboration with the product manager, I was responsible for the designing of the company’s webapp and mobile application, as well as conducting usability testing with high-fidelity prototypes to improve the user flow and design. I was also involved in branding, illustrations, and animation for ads design on social media.

Service Design for Experience in Forest Therapy

Apr 2020 - Aug 2021

Led a design project from user research, ideation, and validation.
I conducted user interviews with 30 people, a co-creation workshop with stakeholders, and user testing by 365 questionnaires.
My result has identified end-user, revamped the existing service strategies and increased the possibility of the company’s outcome.
